2. Advanced Digital Media, P. O. Box 352, Ignacio, CO 81137, is the site developer of SoapyGoat.Com and has produced proprietary software and custom images for use on this site which is licensed by Butter Sweet Farms for use on the Site. Advanced Digital Media remain the intellectual property right holder for content created by Advanced Digital Media and Butter Sweet Farms remains the intellectual property right holder of content produced for the Site by Butter Sweet Farms. Advanced Digital Media and Butter Sweet Farms vigorously protects their intellectual property rights.

3. Butter Sweet Farms provides the Site for a means to communicate with the public and our customers. Any material, ideas or data (now referred as content) becomes the property of Butter Sweet Farms and/or the Site developer, Advanced Digital Media. The content will be free for use by Butter Sweet Farms and Advanced Digital Media to use without liability. (This does not include items covered by our privacy policy.)

4. Butter Sweet Farms used reasonable efforts to insure up-to-date and accurate information for the Site. However, sometimes errors are made and Butter Sweet Farms and/or Advanced Digital Media makes no warranties or representation as to the accuracy of the Sites Content.
